Why do you get more hair after cast removal?

Well when your arm or whatever body part is in a cast or brace, the hair is stuck together and the moisture that comes off the hair increases. So the hair that stuck together, increases the hair on whatever body part. Long story short, cast + hair thats stuck together=more hair.
