How do you transfer PC iTunes purchases to iPod touch iTunes app?

Funny you should ask! I'm typing this on a touch! But seriously. Plug your charger for the touch onto the computer and download the music straight onto your touch! Eezy peezy!( plz don't sue if it's illegal to do this! I'm only under 12 years old!)
