What the meaning of the with the crown of snow there cometh a wisdom?

When people get older, they tend to get gray hair - that's the "crown of snow".

And as people get older many(but not all) tend to become wiser. More experiences to draw from, more patience to think things through etc.

It's a poetic but roundabout way of saying that people generally become wiser as they get older.
