working together
A superpower must have a leading position in the international system and the ability to influence events and its own interests and project power on a worldwide scale to protect those interests.
This depends on what era this question is posed at. In 1945 a super power must have a stable government, a strong army, nuclear weapons, large land mass, large population, Natural Resources and other things and a lot of that applies to today's super powers. America is still the top super power and has all these things, but china and India are following fast and are industrialising at a furious rate. But as you can see, the answer isn't based entirely on who has the most nuclear weapons or the strongest army, but more on what the country can give. And whoever put 'working together' needs to rethink their ideas because I am 15 yrs old and I now more about super powers than you.
