If an electric scooter doesn't work can you put a new motor on the scooter and have it run?

all have motors for sale The answer of course is yes. You can change the motor on a non functioning electric scooter. First you will need to check some things. Are you sure the motor is the part that is not working? Could be a reostat that feeds the juice to the motor and so when you put the new motor on it will not work either. A simple question, are the batteries charged? Does the motor receive the amperes it needs to function? Last is it a AC or DC motor that you are wanting to replace?
