Without exercise, the only way to lose weight is to lower your calorie intake or surgery. Any other theories or schemes will not work or only work in the short term with the weight returning, plus a little more. Body weight is determined by calories consumed and calories used. There are things that can assist weight loss and that would be getting plenty of rest, a balanced diet, drinking enough water, and other wise maintaining good health. But really, even a little bit more exercise in addition to some of these tips can help more than just your weight.
