Pythons swallow there prey whole without spitting anything, out including bones. This also means they would have a strong digestive system, so they wouldn't need to break the prey's bones first - they will be broken up inside it's stomach. Snakes also have a very slow digestive system, that is why they don't feed again for weeks or months at a time.
