What does El hijo de tu padre es tu primo mean in spanish?

The literal translation would be "the son of my uncles". Now, considering the fact that this doesnt make a whole lot of sense, let me suggest either "El hijo de mi tio" (the son of my uncle) or "Los hijos de mis tiOS" (the sons of my uncles). One could also say, my cousins or "mis cunados". (Sorry, the "n" is wrong but I have no Spanish keys on my pc)
