How do you use the member card in Pokemon platinum?

go to canalave city and go north from the Pokemon center into the old house. you'll be taken inside and the dude will put you in the bed. now your on new moon island. go in the entrance and you'll see DARKRAI!!!! i wish i had the member's card. good luck!
