What is the 1974 aluminum Toven Specimen worth?

The so-called Toven cent is an example of an experimental aluminum cent struck in 1974 as a proposed replacement for bronze cents. Its name comes from being found on the floor of the Rayburn Building in Washington by US Capitol Police Officer Albert Toven.
