Does Sears have an ombudsman to help customers?

Dealing with Sears is like dealing with jello. You cannot get a handle on people who can make decisions.

I have spent the last 3 hours going from one customer service center to another trying to get my complaint resolve.

I bought a mattress from Sears which had to be replaced due to the deterioration of the product. They agreed and replaced the product which was produced by the same manufacturer. This process took quite some time!!

Guess what, the same thing is happening to the replacement product and now I have to prove again that the product is defective.

I may or may not take the time to do this, however what I can tell you is it will be a "cold day in "he!!" before I buy another product from them.
