Do you cover tuna noodle casserole when baking?

No. I do not. The mixture seems to cook better without a cover. If you covr it, it will be mushy and over cooked and the cheese and toppings will not brown the way it should. You are already cooking the noodles first, so everything is already cooked. 20-30 min. and you are done!! Enjoy!
