I have to answer with an opinion.

I would answer with Texas A&M or UTD, both in Texas in the United States, but your very question itself could bring a global debate.

I work with engineers from all over the world, and I find very few lacking in their education.

The real question is: which one is best for you?

Do not be put away from an institue in any highly developed country. Most places of highest education around the world are so Excellent that you will never use everything you are taught. Your life work in electronics will be your true education. The EE just gets you ready to meet those challenges.

In my opinion, considerations would include locations where I speak the language, those which have strict and demanding standards for completion of the degrees, and those which offer the important advantage of leading-edge laboratory and research work that may be funded by a large corporation or a government.

I hope someone will refine my answer.
