What does it mean when your sims meter turns orange in the sims castaway stories on the PC?

If you are on about the theometer at the left hand side of the aspiration meter then it means your sim is to hot:

Red/ orange - Your sim is to hot go cool them off with a swim

Green - Their temperature is fine

Blue - They are to cold , warm them up by a cosy fire!
