Can you catch Dialga without a master ball?

yes you can, but its pretty hard. the best way to catch it is to lower its health alot, till it has about 1-20 hp or really low on the red zone and then put a condition on it like sleepy or paralyzed or even frozen. DO NOT burn it, poison it or confuse it. use ultra balls, and when the battle gets really long use some time balls
