What is your family and reaction to you spending a 2 year away from home?

My family was initially apprehensive about me spending two years away from home, as they were concerned about my well-being and the distance. However, after discussing the opportunities for personal growth and new experiences, they became supportive. They encouraged me to embrace the adventure, knowing it would help me develop independence and resilience. Overall, their support has made the prospect of being away more exciting than daunting.
