Alliant is a private, nonprofit university that has 5 campuses in California and 1 in Mexico City. It has around 5,000 students, mostly at the graduate level, and mostly concentrated in social sciences: psychology, forensic psychology, education and business. It established the world's first doctoral program in forensic psychology, and its largest school, the California School of Professional Psychology, has a 25 year reputation for leadership in clinicial psychology. Its school of business, the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, was named for famed executive coach Marshall Goldsmith, and its programs are strong in that discipline. Alliant does not offer a 4-year undergraduate degree program in the US, though its Mexico City campus does. The San Diego campus offers a 2-year degree completion program to transfer students.
