How does a woodlouse grow?

Woodlice grow through a process called molting, where they shed their exoskeleton to accommodate their increasing size. As they mature, they undergo several molts, gradually developing into adult forms. During each molting phase, they may appear vulnerable until the new exoskeleton hardens. This growth process allows them to expand their body size while maintaining their protective outer layer.
