What is the best way to get rid of black words on bedroom walls that were created by acrylic art paint that dried 2 years ago?

Probably have to sand it down because the acrylic painted Words will have left a raised imprint that will show through when you paint again. You can ask at a paint store if there might be a problem with the Words bleeding through new paint. If so, they can sell you a product to prevent that.
