The # of calories your body uses in a day depends on how many calories you should b taking in, its different for everyone. I am 5"4 170 lbs female 28 and moderately active, my body runs on 2390 calories per day.... if i want to lose weight i eat 500 less if i want to gain i eat 500 more and to make my weight level out they should match.
