What does consimate mean?

Perhaps you mean "consummate" which means, as a verb, to bring to its intended conclusion. A marriage is consummated when the married couple are united sexually. Or you might mean "consumate" the adjective, which means the most perfect of its kind, as in "a consumate liar".
