How can you get a cool town tune on animal crossing for Nintendo ds?

The town tune let's you design your own tune that plays whenever the big clock strikes on the hour. Whenever you talk to an animal, the town tune will play when you first talk to them. The town tune can be altered at the town hall, or post office.
