My new lip piercing is producing pus. What do i do?

i myself have had this problem and after i finally was fed up tith infection i llooked up some anwsers. -get a washcloth/towel adn soak it in hot salt water. hold it on the peirceing until rag is cold. this will eliminate minnor infections. but antibiodicts are needed for more severe cases.
