It means she kissed you because she always wanted to but was too reluctant to do so while sober.

Or it means being drunk is the only time she can stand to look at you long enough to kiss you too and will likely result in denials after she sobers up.

I would caution you if considering nailing her while drunk since she could claim (date)rape afterwards if she felt she had to defend her reputation from sleeping with someone like you if she or her friends really think you are undesirable or if she feels taken advantage of after sobering up and has a different (albeit less than inaccurate and intoxicated) memory of the events leading up the act of coitus.

You should ask her after you're both sober if it meant anything and act accordingly.
