How do I Remove spare tire from 1995 Tahoe?

Take your car key and open the little hatch on the middle of the back bumper, insert your key and unlock the crank lock. Tehn take your jack extension handle and slip it in the hole until it connects with cable lowering system. Turn to the left to lower the tire to the ground. If yours is like mine, the cable will extend but somehow the tire won't come down. If its not like mine, the fishtail is passed through the hole in the rim to get it off the cable. Good Luck, Sandman
