Are there grocery stores in Honduras?

Yes, there are. I lived there for a short time. But, they are only in the larger cities, like the capital, Tegucigalpa and the other big city, San Pedro Sula. depending upon where you'll be, you will fly into one of those two cities. There are other smaller cities that will have grocery stores, but the really small ones will have open market type places.
