The rear tortion bars have different sizes of spline, inboard or outboard, so you turn the trailing arm on the tortion bar until you reach the desired height eg. down 1 large, too high,up one small till you find a combo that works

The front main beam can be replaced with an adjustable one.
I have heard you can grind the welds off the tubes, turn them and reweld, but check that, because I've never done it
