How long does it take a tattoo waver to come for marines I have a tattoo on the right side of my chest its a little below my collar bone its a scroll that says only the strong shall survive?

it all depends...I'm waiting for my waiver for Marines for tattoos...Now I've been waiting months, and they JUST sent up my paper work...depending on the case it may have to go all the way up the chain so it could take a long time...So basically whenever they get around to it...sucks, I know, but this is just part of the process...there's no real way of knowing exactly how long it will take but it will probably take months...if it's just weeks, then consider yourself lucky...but waiting at least a couple months for a tat waiver is not unusual from what I've come to gather.
