What is sulibaw instrument?

Although I was unable to find anything called a "salibaw" in my research, I did come across the "sulibao" a number of times - which sounds quite similar when said aloud. The sulibao, in that case, is a conical tenor drum used by the Ibaloi people indigenous to the northern Philippines. Like the tribal drums of many cultures, the Ibaloi is played by hand, often along with other percussion instruments in an ensemble.
