Why is it important to measure the medicines?

It is important to measure a patient before prescribing medicine because: 1) You need to know whats wrong with them ! 2) You need to see what medicine to give to them because you can get stronger doses of medicines ! 3) You need to measure out how much medicine they need to take !! 4) You need to do more complicated exams on the patient to see how they got the illness !
