How do you tell if your blue tongue lizard is a girl or a boy?

When male Skins become adults the black coloration on the back becomes silver, tan, or a light brown and the chin will become a dull red then during breeding season his head will become a dark red. For females the only color changes that occur are its tail as it becomes a darker blue.
