Hulks defeated thor in his warriors madness mode which increases thors strength tenfold. Thors strength has a limit, hulks does not.

While Hulk might be physically stronger, Thor is much smarter, and commands powers of Asgardian gods, as well as Lightning and has thousands and thousands of years worth of battle experience.

Also, Thor with Odinforce could easily beat the Hulk. There is no question there.
