Who are moreno varrio locos?

Moreno Varrio Locos gang is from South Moreno Valley. Primarily chicano and/or white, with no more than 40 members, with only about 10 actually considered active. Active mostly in the early 1990's they tend to be a forgotten gang in their own neighborhood. During the prime of MVL, they were known for violence in fair amounts. Due to outside gangs (primarily LA and OC gangs) they tend to be more or less inactive as of 2010.
