How do you pay your MetroPCS bill?

We have received multiple reports on problems with the online bill pay. It has been confirmed that there is a glitch with the credit card processing system.

Customers report putting in their account details multiple times and still receive a message stating that their information cannot be submitted. You may have to call in and submit your payment for a small "convenience fee" of $3.00.
