I'll let you in on a secret: Don't use any weight loss programs that claim you will lose lots of weight quickly. It will work for a short while, but all that weight quickly comes back. Don't take diets, because all you're losing in diets is water. If you don't believe me about the weight loss programs, I'll give you some logic: If you lose weight, the company loses a customer. No customers, no money. So just stick to regular exercising, and don't overwork yourself because you'll lose nothing BUT water. Just exercise about three hours with weight lifting and sit ups for about four times a week, or daily. Don't eat restaurant salad, etc.
