There is no way that kissing someone can harm your health, as long
as they don't have a communicable disease that can be transmitted
by that route. Apart from that a person's gender or sexual
orientation has absolutely nothing else to do with kissing, on the
lips, or anywhere else. In fact, kissing and exchanging saliva is a
wonderful, easy, and pleasant way to boost the immune systems of
both participants, of whatever gender or sexual preference
combination that can be experienced by two, and while we're at it,
three or more people, if that's what they are into. The risks are
nearly zero and the benefits are astronomical, so pucker up and go
for it!
