Mitsubishi Montero sport coolant leak on passenger side of block?

well on the back of the heads, there is a y pipe that lead to one pipe on the passenger side. "water out let pipe", the two pipes seal by compression fit using an o ring. mine is leaking there right now. it was hard to see and will be harder to get to.
