How can a cold blooded animal evolve into a warm blooded animal?

Cold blooded animal mean,those animals cannot controle their body temperature.They change body temperature as with the environment.eg-Reptiles,fish etc.Warm blooded animals have a constant core body temperature and are able to controle their body temperature.e-all mammals includinh humans.
