How do you get rid of a clay-like-substance stuck inside of a LEGO minifigure head?

For clay-like substances, you may try using warm soapy water. Let it soak for a few minutes and then rinse it thoroughly. If that doesn't work, you can also try using something like a toothpick to reach inside or use a garden hose to try and pressure-wash it off.
