There is no type of noun called a 'personal noun'.

You may mean personal pronoun, a Word that takes the place of a noun for a specific person or thing.

The personal pronouns are: I, you, we, he, she, it, me, us, him, her, they, them.

Example: When George got to 19th Street, he got off the train. (the pronoun 'he' takes the place of the noun 'George' is the second part of the sentence)
