Cost of removing cyst from neck?

I had a sebaceous cyst about the size of a large grape removed from the area of my neck under the jaw bone in January 2011 by a Dermatologist in Washington.

According to my insurance record...

Removal of Cyst: $123.39

Repair of wound: $722.61

Total: $846, completely covered by my insurance.
