I have a GBC emulator MeBoy on me mobile phone. I also have different GBC emulators on my PC. Is it possible to link my mobile phone to my PC and transfer Pokemon?

This depends on a few things... your phone, and the emulator.

Only certain emulators support linking between two of them, especially two different ones. Plus the fact that one is PC and one is mobile... chances are it's not possible.

You can use the meboy savegames in visual boy advance. Send them with bluetooth to your PC and open it with visualboyadvance
