Yes. apparently, it was in Dodgeball..

It was in Dodgeball... when they are in the bar and the Russian Woman from the other team comes in...she is all dressed in Red and quite "ugly" and the guy on the Average Joes team is AWEstruck by her! Quite comical. I love that song!
