What layer of the rainforest do lemurs live on?

Lemurs primarily inhabit the forest floor and understory layers of the rainforest. They are often found in the lower canopy, where they can easily access food sources like fruits and leaves. Some species may also venture into the upper canopy, but their activity is mostly concentrated closer to the ground.
