Because the people who founded the RSPCA thought it was a neat and friendly thing to do, so they set the organization up to do just that, and it has been doing it ever since.

because the animals will be trained and RSPCA people will look after the animals


they help animals because of the cruelty that can happen so they find them, help them get better then find them a new home.
