Nope, paint mixing and printing use yellow, cyan, magenta.
Word on the street is the 8 primary colours are black, red, green, blue, magenta, cyan, yellow, and white.

Printing: yellow, cyan, magenta, plus black to make solid blacks.

Nor is black a true primary, it's just that no useful cmbination of CYM will produce true, deep carbon-black tones, so printers use the CYMK model.
