Where are common seals found?

Common seals, also known as harbor seals, are primarily found along the Coastlines of the Northern Hemisphere. They inhabit both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, frequently residing in shallow waters, estuaries, and coastal bays. They are commonly seen in regions from the Arctic to temperate zones, especially in areas with sandy beaches or rocky shorelines for breeding and resting.
