岸本斉史 Kishimoto Masashi, manga author of Naruto series, has 2 assistants as listed in Japanese Wikipedia. They are :

• 板倉 雄一 Itakura Yuuichi (who also helps out in the Eyeshield 21 series)
• 加治佐 修 Kajisa Osamu

It appears that Kishimoto Masashi's twin brother (older) 岸本 聖史 Kishimoto Seishi, author of 666 Satan, does not help out in the Naruto series, but this would need to be verified.
