Where is the horn relay on a 1995 Oldsmobile Achieva?

On 1994, its UGLY... a better idea from GM.... don't you just love car makers. Its plugged in under / inside the dash area to the left of the steering column.... above the fuse holder. Its next to impossible to reach and release the clip holder without taking off the front dash / instrument cluster.
