However, the method described, while probably the simplest method, is also dangerous becuase it could result in serious injury and even death if the rabbits don't get along and decide to fight. It's a much better idea -- and widely recommended by pet rabbit experts (see links below) -- to introduce new rabbits gradually, never to give them the opportunity to fight, and to only leave them alone together once they're bonded. Your chances of two rabbits getting along are greatly increased if they're fixed (spayed/neutered).
